Creating a website in a pandemic
This client came to us in the beginning of COVID-19 asking for help in building a new website and one that would allow them to setup virtual consultations at ease. This had to be done as fast as possible since they weren’t allowed to see patients in office during the quarantine.
New business model for the new normal
The client was no longer allowed to see patients in office due to the stay at home order. They needed a website that could handle setting up virtual consultations while also getting an updated look.
All communication had to be through phone calls and video meetings since we couldn’t meet face to face. We were able to create a fully functional and visually appealing website that was capable of bringing in new customers even though in-person office visits were brought to a halt.
Within the first week of launching the website and a very successful ad campaign, the client added 3 new patients to their practice through virtual consultations.
