The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders

The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders was founded by two groups of cancer specialists in 1994. Since then, it has grown to include more than 25 cancer specialists and more than 150 health care professionals representing many different areas of medical and administrative services across nine locations throughout North Texas.

Their providers are committed to remaining on the forefront of cancer fighting technologies, groundbreaking research and integrated therapies, offering patients across North Texas access to one of the nation’s most highly respected cancer centers.

The Center For Cancer and Blood Disorders treats thousands of patients a year and are a nationally accredited oncology home. They were having issues with receiving only negative online reviews as well as incorrect location information online for their nine locations.

Our first action was to make sure that all the locations were listed correctly. We claimed the locations we could and created others. After making sure everything was correct, we began to ask previous and existing patients for reviews via email.

The emails did not have the return that we were hoping for, so we switched tactics for four of their locations. We started to send out personalized text messages with a direct link to leave a review.

Now every month, we send out those same personalized text messages to their new patients.
