From Urgent to Long Term Care

The client came to us for a website update. Soon after we started discovery, it came about that the client didn’t own their website. They had been paying thousands of dollars a month for website maintenance but because of the terms of the contract, they owned nothing.

We quickly started to rebuild the website and while that was being done they had us working on rebranding their print materials.

After the completion of the website we began to manage their online presence with social media management, pay per click ads, and monitoring of website analytics. We have also provided them with branded materials for their community events.

CityDoc wanted to compete with national urgent care chains, so we knew that meant they needed to look the part. So we made them look like a national urgent care chain.

We updated their website, their branding and marketing materials to become clean and easily recognizable, and brought in new features such as Video Visit and Online Check-In to cater to their target market and as a result of all our prior work, took over their social media management.

After that, we needed to create local awareness of CityDoc, so we created multiple PPC ad campaigns across multiple platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Google. Since then, CityDoc’s only been improving!
