Making the Community Care
Every year, the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth hosts a charity banquet. As part of their presentation, they want to show how they’ve impacted the lives of those in the community and created success stories.
For the past 5 years, we have been their agency of choice for creating their charity videos.

As we do more videos, there’s more of a chance that we repeat the same message instead of going for something new. For a video series that is produced for a charity event every year, bland messaging can cost the Ronald McDonald House a chance to help more families.
Not just that, but we have to make sure not to over-exert the families we use for these videos and make sure that their mental and emotional well-being is always being monitored, while still being on a tight deadline.
Every year, we look at it from a different perspective, a different angle and with a different mindset. We try to get different families with different issues at different points in their lives and find ways to show that the Ronald McDonald House has really impacted them and their family’s lives.
On the other hand, we realize that these families have been through so much and had their lives completely changed, so we try to always provide an environment that allows them to feel safe.
We aren’t going to go interview them for 8 hours a day or spend a week straight trying to get their reactions and thoughts, we’re going to space it out and make sure that they’re always in the right state of mind.
