We use Zyra Chat on our top client’s website, which receives thousands of visitors daily. Below, you can see an example of breaking the chat. You see, it tries to connect the customer with an agent but to accommodate the customer, the chat tries to handle it within the system. However, the chat does not have that capability. In the end, it finally provides a good response. 

To fix this, we would enter an IF THEN scenario, such as, IF someone asks for a refund, the chat’s response should be, “I do not have access to handle refunds. However, I can get your contact information and have the next available specialist contact you.”
