CityDoc Urgent Care is a comprehensive urgent care provider operating four clinic locations across Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas. They deliver urgent care services for the whole family while competing against large national urgent care chains with massive budgets. Amplus Agency has been their retained marketing partner since May 2016 (9+ years).

Challenge

  • The Client Didn't Own Their Own Website — When CityDoc came in for a routine website update, Amplus discovered they had been paying thousands of dollars per month in maintenance fees for a site they did not own. The previous vendor's contract retained full ownership of the digital asset. Years of investment, content, and SEO history were at risk. Amplus had to act immediately — rebuild the website and manage the transition so CityDoc never went dark online.
