Project

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County (BGCGTC) partnered with Amplus Agency to reimagine its digital presence and bring its powerful mission to life online. As one of the region’s most impactful youth organizations, BGCGTC serves thousands of children and teens through after-school programs, mentoring, and leadership development—but its previous website didn’t reflect the energy or depth of that work.

Challenge

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County (BGCGTC), a vital youth development nonprofit, needed a digital presence that accurately reflected its passion, professionalism, and community reach. The organization was serving thousands of youth through programs such as after-school activities, summer camps, mentoring, and leadership development. However, their previous website failed to fully convey the depth of these services or the organization's energy. BGCGTC required a dynamic digital platform to better serve families, supporters, and stakeholders

Solution

Amplus Agency partnered with BGCGTC to redesign their website, launching bgcgtc.org. The mission was to transform BGCGTC's story into an engaging digital experience.

Key deliverables included:

  • Content Overhaul: Updated content showcased BGCGTC's successes, acting as a storytelling tool.
  • Optimized Navigation: Simplified menus helped families find programs and resources.
  • Mobile-First Design: Responsive design optimized for all devices.
  • Enhanced Donation Experience: Simplified donation process for supporters.
  • Secure Architecture: Built for speed and scalability.
  • Improved SEO: Organized content to enhance SEO performance.

Result

The new website provides BGCGTC with a dynamic platform reflecting its programs and enhancing user experience for families, volunteers, and donors. The design simplifies navigation, making it easy for users to find services. It effectively communicates the organization's impact and offers opportunities for enrollment, volunteering, or donating. Anthony DeFelice emphasized the privilege of helping BGCGTC connect with more people through a beautiful website. Daphne Barlow Stigliano confirmed the project's success in reflecting their programs and improving user experience.
