The solution was built for complete technical control and data reliability:
- Custom Avinode App Development: This was the critical first step. Amplus built a custom application layered over the Avinode API because the base offering lacked the required attribution capabilities. This proprietary app handles and passes detailed tracking data to the CRM.
- Precision Data Filtering and Pricing: The solution was custom-coded in JavaScript and HTML to manage complex business logic and client expectations:
- Offer Customization: The system was engineered to filter what offerings were pulled from Avinode, instead of showing everything. This provided Trilogy with control over what planes clients saw, aligning output with Trilogy's specific fleet and business rules.
- Algorithm Alignment: A custom pricing algorithm was developed to accurately process the live Avinode data and match it precisely with what the client wanted to see for a transparent quote.
- Perfected UTM Attribution: The system was engineered to capture and pass clean UTM parameters (campaign, source, medium, etc.) from the user's initial click. This reliable attribution data is instantly mapped and sent directly into Salesforce with every quote request, finally giving the team the clean data needed to make marketing decisions.
- Agile and Scalable Platform: The custom front-end allows for agile changes at Trilogy's request and can be easily deployed as an iFrame on various partner websites for expanded reach.
